Return Window

• Returns within 14 days of purchase:
  Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

• Returns received after 14 days and up to 3 months from purchase:
  Eligible for store credit in the form of a gift card or code for the same amount.

• Returns after 3 months:
  Not eligible for refund or credit.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, scent‑free, and in brand‑new condition.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, simply mention this in the message box on our website contact form or in your email. We’ll be happy to assist with an exchange if inventory allows.

Refunds

If you prefer a refund, please state this clearly in your message.

• Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout.

• Please allow up to 7 business days for Bralessly to process your refund after receiving your return.

• Depending on your credit card company, refunds typically appear within 1–2 billing cycles.
